Program

WEDNESDAY

  • Conference start around 10 am
    followed by activity and dinner.

THURSDAY

  • Conference and dinner & dancing.

FRIDAY

  • Conference until noon.

RSVP

Please do not miss the RSVP deadline, which is 12th of May 2025.

Registration is binding as we need to know the exact number of participants. 

The trip is compulsory, but in case of a valid reason for absence - please indicate in the registration form that you cannot participate.

Transportation

Flights: You are in charge of booking your own flights (Please liaise with your local team coordinator or line manager). 

Bus: Once you are in Sweden and for those based in Sweden, we will coordinate buses to and from the venue. 

Rooms

Everyone will get their own room.

Allergies/intolerances/special diets

Please let us know in the registration form your allergies/intolerances. 

Diets, such as LCHF and GI, etc. we are sadly not able to take into consideration. 

Clothing

The activity on Wednesday will be outside (no exercise clothing is needed), so please wear appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes for all weather conditions.

For the big dinner and dancing on Thursday we would like you to dress up, please do not wear jeans & a t-shirts, but you are not required to wear a ballgown either. Hot tip – wear shoes that are comfortable to dance in!

If I cannot attend?

You need to first and foremost contact your line manager and let them know your reason for not being able to attend. Your line manager should contact gmu2025@camurus.com so the event organizers are able to plan. 

 
 
 
 
 
 

Registration

The registration closes
on 12th of May 2025.

Whether or not you will attend the conference, we need everyone to answer the invite. If you cannot attend, please enter “no” in the invite. 

We’ll need the following information when you register:

  • Name and last name

  • Email

  • Mobile number

  • Allergies

  • If you need a hotel room the evening before 10th of September
