Teva Conference 2026
We are happy to announce that we are once again combining the Teva Sweden and Teva Norway summer conferences! This year, we will visit Stenungsbaden Yacht Club, a modern spa and conference hotel beautifully located by the sea in Stenungsund on the West Coast.
Over the course of three days, we have planned a range of seaside and fun activities that we hope will give you energy and inspiration that lasts well into autumn!
About the destination:
Stenungsbaden Yacht Club combines relaxing spa experiences with inspiring environments for meetings, conferences, and weekend stays. With a seaside restaurant, marine influences and views over Hakefjorden, Stenungsbaden is a place for both recovery and activity – all year round.
We look forward to seeing all of you and spending three wonderful days together!

Who is invited?
All employees at Teva Sweden and Teva Norway are invited, and the digital registration is open 7/4–21/4.
If you wish to invite an external guest or another Teva employee, or if you missed the registration window, please contact:

All employees are invited for 3 days (2 nights).
What if I can’t attend?
The conference is mandatory. If you are unable to participate, please contact your immediate manager for approval.
Regardless, you must respond YES or NO in the registration. If you missed reporting your absence before 21/4, please contact ida.andreasson@teva.se.
Dress code – What should I pack?
Day 1’s activity is partly outdoors, so comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as sneakers or other comfortable shoes (no heels or sandals).
First evening: Feel free to dress up.
Second evening: We’re going with a Marine theme!
We encourage everyone to wear white and/or blue, either as single colors or combined.
Allergies / Special diets
Please specify lactose, gluten, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate lifestyle diets (such as LCHF or GI)

Transport
Helsingborg: A shared bus departs from Hamntorget Monday morning. All officebased employees in Helsingborg travel with this bus.
Stockholm: Book your own flight/train via BCD in good time to keep costs down. Consider sharing company car as an alternative.
Norway: Drive your own cars / possible shared minibus.
Other: Must be approved by Fredrik L (for Sweden).
Accommodation
All participants will stay in single rooms or choose to share rooms. You make this choice during the registration, where you also write who you want to share a room with. Note that the shared room will not be a single room.
Activity day two?
On day two, there are two different activity options: Mega SUP and the hotel SPA. You choose one of these when you register. You make a first choice and a second choice. If you don’t wish to participate in either option, you instead select ‘free time”.
Representation
No internal representation will take place in connection with the conference.
The company will cover all costs included in the conference program. This includes, for example:
• travel and accommodation
• group meals that are part of the program
• activities and meetings that are part of the conference
Any costs outside the program – such as personal purchases, additional meals, beverages, or activities outside the schedule – are to be paid by the employee.
