We are pleased to announce that we are once again combining Teva Sweden and Teva Norway's summer conferences! This year, we will enjoy together in the charming coastal town of Varberg at the beautiful Varbergs Kusthotell.

Over three days, we have planned a series of festive and summery activities that we hope will give you energy and inspiration, as well as strengthen the bonds between our colleagues across borders.

About the destination:

Varbergs Kusthotell is located just 52 meters from the sea in beautiful Apelviken. Here we have Sweden's only Thalasso spa, where the saltwater and seaweed from Kattegat are integrated into every experience. The hotel offers 157 sea-view rooms, a restaurant, bistro, both indoor and outdoor gyms, and proximity to the sea and sandy beach for your free time and activities.

Who is invited? 

All employees at Teva Sweden and Teva Norway are invited, and the digital registration is open from 28/4 to 12/5. If you want to invite an another Teva employee, or if you missed the registration window, please contact:

All employees are invited for 3 days (2 nights).

What if I can't attend the conference? 

The conference is mandatory. If you cannot attend, contact your immediate supervisor for approval. Regardless, you must indicate YES or NO on the registration. If you missed reporting your absence before 12/5, contact ida.andreasson@teva.se.

Dress code? What should I pack? 

The activity on the first day is outdoors, so comfortable clothes or workout clothes are recommended. For the dinner on the first evening, feel free to dress up, and for the party evening on the second day, we have a pastel theme – choose your level, but we encourage everyone to include something pastel in their outfit.

Transport

For Sweden:

  • Helsingborg: Shared bus departs Tuesday morning

  • Stockholm: Book flights/trains yourself via BCD in good time to keep costs down

  • Other: This option needs approval from Fredrik L (for Sweden)

For Norway:

  • Own car or joined transport 

How will we be accommodated? 

We will all stay in single rooms.

Allergies/special diet 

Specify lactose, gluten, vegan, vegetarian, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate lifestyle diets such as LCHF and GI.
